1. Scope of Services


Tough Suds LLC provides mobile auto detailing services across Palm Beach County, Florida. Details regarding specific packages (such as Maintenance Detail, Interior Reset, Ceramic Protection, etc.), pricing, and service descriptions are available on our website and subject to change without notice.



2. Service Requirements & Customer Responsibilities


To enable us to perform our detailing services effectively and safely, you agree to:

  • Location Access: Provide safe, legal, and unobstructed access to the vehicle at the agreed-upon appointment location and time.

  • Utilities: Ensure access to a standard water connection and power outlet if required for mobile setup, unless prior arrangements have been made.

  • Vehicle Preparation: Remove all personal belongings, valuables, hazardous materials, and child car seats prior to the arrival of our service technicians. Tough Suds LLC is not responsible for lost, damaged, or discarded personal items left inside the vehicle.

  • Vehicle Condition: Accurately represent the condition of your vehicle at the time of booking. Additional charges may apply for severe conditions, including excessive pet hair, biohazards, mold, heavy mud, or chemical spills.



3. Bookings, Payments, and Cancellations


  • Appointments: All appointments are subject to availability and confirmation by Tough Suds LLC.

  • Payment Terms: Payment is due upon completion of services unless required in advance. We accept credit/debit cards and approved electronic payment methods.

  • Cancellations & Rescheduling: We request at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made within less than 24 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • Weather & Unforeseen Circumstances: Mobile detailing is weather-dependent. Tough Suds LLC reserves the right to reschedule services in the event of adverse weather conditions, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions.



4. Satisfaction & Damage Claims


Inspection Upon Completion: You or a designated representative are encouraged to inspect the vehicle upon service completion. Any concerns regarding the quality of service must be raised immediately with the technician or reported within 24 hours of service.

Pre-Existing Damage: We perform a pre-service inspection. Tough Suds LLC is not responsible for pre-existing vehicle damage, including oxidized paint, clear coat failure, torn leather, deep scratches, chipped glass, loose interior trim, or degraded electrical components.

Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Tough Suds LLC’s maximum liability for any claim arising out of our services or website use shall not exceed the total amount paid by you for the specific service in question.



5. Intellectual Property Rights


All content on our website—including text, graphics, logos, images, button icons, and overall visual layout—is the property of Tough Suds LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. Unlawful reproduction, redistribution, or modification of any site material is strictly prohibited.
